Join Brittany Carr, Certified Forest Therapy Guide of Rooting in Nature, for a riverside tea and meditation experience in the nature.
We'll begin with a short walk along a wooded trail that winds through hemlock and pine forest before opening to a scenic overlook of the Isinglass River. Along the way, we'll pause for gentle somatic movement, including simple stretching and shaking to release tension and reconnect with the body. At the river, we'll settle into a guided sensory awareness meditation, followed by herbal tea and time for quiet reflection. There will also be an opportunity to approach the river and interact with the water if you choose.
This is an intimate gathering limited to 6 people, offering a peaceful space to unwind and be present.
Perfect for anyone looking to start their day in a calmer, more intentional way, this experience offers a gentle pause in nature.
