May Guided Forest Bathing Experience & Tea

  • Lee Town Forest 11 Recycling Center Road Lee, NH, 03861 United States (map)

Step into spring as the forest comes back to life.

Join us for a guided forest bathing experience (Shinrin-Yoku) designed to help you slow down, awaken your senses, and reconnect with yourself and the natural world. We will move at a gentle, slow pace, creating space for calm, clarity, and restoration.

Along the way, we will wander past seasonal vernal pools, shallow springtime waters formed by rain and snowmelt that provide a home for frogs, salamanders, and other wildlife. We may catch glimpses of them or hear their calls as we move quietly through the forest.

We will close with a warm tea gathering made from locally sourced herbs and space to reflect.

Ages 12+ welcome with an adult.

Cost:

Adults: Sliding scale: $15-$25
Kids Age 12-17: $10 (must be accompanied by adult)

Walk length: ~2 miles

Registration is required
We love animals, but please leave your furry friends at home for this walk!
