Forest Bathing at Stonehouse Pond - A Give & Gather Collaboration

  • Stonehouse Pond 1852 Franklin Pierce Highway Barrington, NH, 03825 United States (map)

Need a reset and some time in nature? Let's get outside and slow down...together!

Saturday, May 16th | 9:00–11:00 AM | Stonehouse Pond

One of the most common requests on the Gathering boards have been slowing down in nature. People have asked for someone to go hiking or walking in the woods, a place to meditate and enjoy nature, so this May, we're creating this new offering to solve just that!

Join Brittany Carr, Certified Forest Therapy Guide of Rooting in Nature, in collaboration with Give & Gather, for a peaceful morning outdoors on Saturday, May 16 from 9–11am.

This guided Forest Bathing experience offers a chance to slow down, unplug, and reconnect with nature through gentle, mindful invitations. In a world that often feels busy and overwhelming, taking mindful time outside can reduce stress and gently support your overall well-being. Sharing this experience in community can deepen that sense of connection, reminding us that we’re not alone, and that something shifts when we gather and share space.

We’ll conclude with herbal tea and relaxed time to reflect and chat, creating space to settle and transition back into your day. Whether you’re new to the practice or simply craving time outdoors, this is an opportunity to pause, breathe, and reset in a supportive community setting. No experience needed.

Free to attend but registration is required.

Donations welcome. Suggested donation: $10–$25
