This two-hour sessions offer a deeper, more spacious Forest Bathing experience, one in the morning and one in the evening, allowing you to experience the natural world at different times of day.
We’ll move slowly through the landscape with guided sensory awareness and gentle invitations to connect with the natural world, creating space for quiet observation, presence, and deep relaxation.
Each session supports grounding, mindfulness, and a fuller immersion into the rhythms of nature and yourself.
